5 Checking out the lab equipment

You will need to check out a kit of parts from the lab monitors. Go to the window at the front of the lab and exchange your York photo ID for a kit. When you are finished the lab, return the kit with all of the equipment replaced back in the kit to the monitors to received your ID.

5.1 Kit parts

The toolbox should contain the following parts:

1. USB cable
2. wires with alligator clips
3. a small box of miscellaneous wires and electronic components
4. multimeter
5. breadboard
6. Phidget

The parts are shown in the images below; make sure that your kit has all of the parts.
