Agent Programming Languages with Declarative Goals : A Survey

Abstract

Central to the agent concept is the notion of goals. Recently, there has been a fair amount of work on establishing a link between agent logics and agent programming frameworks by incorporating declarative goals in agent programming frameworks. In this survey, we review research related to agent programming languages with declarative goals. We then suggest some possible future research directions.
