Using a Home PC


The ACADLABS server is not accessible remotely and, hence, you cannot use your home computer to access York's FORTRAN compiler. In fact, you are not required to have a home computer to complete any component of this course. If you do have one, however, you can use it for this course to:
  1. Send/receive email from your Professor and TA
  2. Access the the course Web site
  3. Develop and run FORTRAN programs using your own compiler. See Lab #1 for details on what software is needed and how to download and set it up.
