Submit only one file:
- File "draw" => renamed to "draw.config1"

Configuration 2
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Submit the following files:
- File "tcp.routes-static" as is
- File "tcp.app" as is
- Files "tcp.config" => 3 files for 3 TCP versions; renamed to "tcp.config.tahoe", "tcp.config.newreno" and "tcp.config.lite".
- File "draw" => renamed to "draw.config2".  If you wish to submit 4 separate files for the 4 flows, name the files as "draw.flow_name".
