CSE4413/HR: Download Configuration

After you download Eclipse, Tomcat, and Derby, you need to make the following configurations:
  1. Configure Tomcat.
  2. Configure Eclipse for Derby.
  3. Add support for JSTL.
  4. Other JEE resources.
