Welcome to Activ8!

This web application is used to create a Prism Lab computer account. The Prism Lab is located on the first floor of the Lassonde Building (LAS) at York University.

In order to use this web application to generate an account, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must have a Passport York account.
  • You must be enrolled in a course (eg. EECSxxxx) that uses the Prism Lab.[*]

To change the password on an existing Prism Lab computer account, click here.

If you have any questions or problems with this web application, please email tech@eecs.yorku.ca during business hours.

[*] Since it may take up to 24 hours to process your enrollment in a course, you may have to wait a day after enrolling before you can use Activ8.
